• We collect only what we need to run the site, take contributions/orders, run giveaways, and reply to you.
• We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your data anytime: privacy@rmguniversalbrands.com. We respond within 45 days.

2. Information we collect

• Identifiers — name, email, and IP/device data — when you enter a giveaway, subscribe, contribute, or visit.
• Giveaway entry data — your entry details and any purchase/receipt info you provide to verify entries.
• Transaction metadata — Stripe shares limited data (e.g., that a payment succeeded); we never receive your card number.
• Server logs — IP, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, captured automatically by Cloudflare for security.
• Consent preferences — your cookie/analytics choice from the banner on this site.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.

3. How we use it

To respond to you, administer giveaways and verify eligibility, process contributions and orders through Stripe, deliver communications you request, keep the site secure, and meet legal/tax obligations. Optional analytics load only if you opt in via the consent banner.

4. Cookies & analytics

This site shows a consent banner (GDPR/GPC-aware). Essential cookies keep the site working; optional analytics load only if you opt in, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us operate — Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/security), and our messaging processor used to reply to you — each under contract and only for these purposes. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your data.

6. Retention

We keep entry, contribution, and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal/tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do neither). Email privacy@rmguniversalbrands.com to exercise a right. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
