1. Acceptance

By using this site, playing the music, entering a giveaway, contributing, or buying merch (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase, contribute, or enter. Giveaways require entrants to be 18+ and legal U.S. residents unless the posted Official Rules state otherwise.

3. Music & content

The recordings, videos, artwork, and branding are provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not record, rebroadcast, resell, or make derivative commercial works from them without written permission. All rights remain with the operator and its licensors.

4. Giveaways & promotions

When we run a giveaway, the Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions posted at the point of entry control and are incorporated here by reference. No purchase necessary; a purchase or contribution does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

5. Contributions, orders & payments

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms; we never see or store your full card number.
• Contributions are voluntary and, unless expressly stated, are not tax-deductible.
• Merch defects or transit damage: contact us within 14 days with photos for a replacement or refund. Sales tax added where required.

6. Messaging

If you opt in to alerts, you consent to receive recurring automated messages. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to break any law or third-party right, to disrupt or attack the site, to scrape content, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes & contact
