1. Sponsor

RMG Music Group / America First Music, Lake Park, Florida (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries accepted from [START_DATE] through 11:59 PM ET on July 3rd, 2026. Drawing held July 4th, 2026.

4. How To Enter

(a) Make a qualifying purchase at america-first-music.com or donate $35 or more to The Awareness Project USA via the linked Stripe checkout and submit your receipt number through this form.
(b) FREE METHOD: Mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, email, and the words "AFM Giveaway Entry" to [MAILING_ADDRESS]. One entry per envelope. Must be postmarked by July 3rd, 2026.

5. Entry Multipliers

Each qualifying purchase generates entries as follows: single tee = 1 entry; 2-Pack bundle = 3 entries; 3-Pack bundle = 5 entries; F.A.F.O. or R.A.V. 4-Pack bundle = 10 entries; Awareness Project donation of $35 or more = 1 entry.

6. Prize

One (1) winner receives $500.00 USD, paid by check or electronic transfer at the Sponsor's discretion. Approximate retail value (ARV): $500.00. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner selected by random drawing on July 4th, 2026. Winner notified by email within 7 days. If notification is undeliverable or winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner's name, likeness, and statement of acceptance for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, garbled, or unintelligible entries. By participating, entrants release Sponsor from all claims arising out of participation in this giveaway.

10. Disputes

All disputes governed by Florida law. Any cause of action arising from this giveaway must be filed in state or federal court in Palm Beach County, Florida.
